where should i stay?

We typically recommend the Ritz Carlton in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. There’s also a great Marriott in Bethesda!

What airport should i fly into?

Reagan National (DCA) is the closest, but Dulles (IAD) isn’t much further. We just don’t recommend flying into BWI, as it’s a bit further.

What should i wear?

Comfortable shoes and scrubs! If we’re attending a nice dinner, bring a fancy outfit too!

Is there parking?

Yes! We have a big parking lot right out front of our office where you’ll be able to park.

Is there anything else I need to bring?

Yes, please bring a copy of your medical license and your malpractice insurance. Also, if you’re coming from outside of the DC area, make sure your insurance covers out-of-state trainings!
